Section 8
Can establish branches and make foreign investments

(1) An industry established abroad may make foreign investment by establishing or expanding its branch industry in Nepal subject to prevailing laws.
(2) According to sub-section (1), other provisions regarding the establishment or expansion of branches of the industry shall be as prescribed.
